Terms and Conditions

It is against our policy and therefore not permitted to resell Merry People products to other retailers or traders or to sell on Third Party Marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Trouva, and so on. It is also against our policy to sell our items in a street market stall.

All prices are in AUD. Stockists should sell at no less than the recommended retail price. If you ever would like to discount a Merry People product below our RRP, we ask that you get in touch with us for approval via wholesale@merrypeople.com

For all new clients we ask a minimum order of 14 units (of whatever colour or size.) Minimum re-order amount is 5 units.

Shipping is an additional cost.

Full payment of the invoice is required prior to delivery.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or debit/credit card (incurs 2.5% admin fee) Paypal available at support@merrypeople.com

Bank fees are the responsibility of the payer.

Merry People will supply its logo, product and lifestyle images via our drop box, which will be shared with you upon becoming a Merry People retailer.

Please credit your source when reposting images from social media e.g. @merrypeople #merrypeople

If you have a product issue or suspect a faulty item, please take a photo of the concern and email it to wholesale@merrypeople.com
